When custom is the right service

Anything outside standard residential/commercial: art studios (chemical sensitivities), photography sets, film production locations, greenhouses, boat interiors, estate/downsizing, event pre-and-post, ADU turnovers, and specialty surfaces (marble, brass, unfinished wood).

How to scope

Send us: photos, square footage estimate, target completion time, any surface concerns, and access details. We respond within a few hours with a fixed quote or a walk-through booking.

Pricing model

Most custom jobs are quoted at $55–75/hour per cleaner for straightforward work, project-fixed for scoped jobs. Specialty surfaces or biohazard-adjacent work may include a materials surcharge.

What we don't do

Full biohazard remediation (crime scenes, sewage overflow), asbestos, mold remediation beyond surface bleach — all require specialty licensing. We refer trusted partners for those. Everything else, see custom cleaning for booking.
